Ergonomic Consultations

One-on-one expert guidance to transform your workspace into a place that supports your body and your best work.

What a Consultation Includes

An ErgoLife ergonomic consultation is a comprehensive, personalized experience. Our certified consultants evaluate your entire work environment—physical setup, daily habits, and individual health considerations—then deliver a clear action plan you can implement right away.

  • Workspace Assessment — A thorough review of your desk, chair, monitor, lighting, and accessories, whether at home or in an office.
  • Personalized Recommendations — A written report with specific product suggestions, adjustment instructions, and habit changes ranked by impact.
  • Follow-Up Support — A 30-day check-in to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and measure improvement.

Our Four-Step Process

We have refined a simple, repeatable process that consistently delivers measurable comfort improvements within the first month.

Step 1 — Initial Assessment

We meet you at your workspace (or connect via video) to observe your setup, posture, and workflow. You complete a brief comfort and pain questionnaire so we have a clear baseline.

Step 2 — Customized Plan

Within 48 hours you receive a detailed ergonomic action plan. The plan includes equipment recommendations at multiple price points, adjustment guides with photos, and a prioritized checklist of changes.

Step 3 — Implementation Support

Need help assembling a monitor arm or adjusting your chair? Our team is available by phone, email, or video call to walk you through every change in your plan.

Step 4 — 30-Day Follow-Up

Thirty days after your consultation, we reassess your comfort levels and make any remaining tweaks. Most participants report a significant reduction in discomfort by this stage.

Who Should Get a Consultation

An ergonomic consultation is valuable for almost anyone, but it is especially impactful in the following situations:

  • Persistent Discomfort — If you experience recurring neck pain, back stiffness, wrist strain, or headaches tied to your work setup.
  • New Workspace Setup — Moving to a new office or transitioning to remote work is the ideal time to build an ergonomic foundation.
  • Preventive Wellness — Even if you feel fine today, a proactive assessment can prevent repetitive strain injuries before they start.
