Back Pain Relief Programs
An 8-week evidence-based program that combines movement therapy, ergonomic education, and peer support to help you reclaim a pain-free life.
Program Overview
The ErgoLife Back Pain Relief Program is a structured, 8-week journey designed to reduce chronic and recurring back pain through a holistic, non-pharmaceutical approach. Developed in partnership with physical therapists and occupational health researchers, the program addresses the root causes of back pain rather than masking symptoms.
Each week builds on the last. Participants progress from foundational awareness and gentle mobility work in weeks one and two to strength-building exercises, ergonomic workspace redesign, and long-term habit formation in weeks six through eight. Group sessions provide accountability, while individual check-ins ensure the program adapts to your unique needs.
Why This Matters: The Evidence
Back pain is not a minor inconvenience—it is a global health crisis. According to the World Health Organization, approximately 619 million people worldwide suffered from low back pain in 2020, and that number is projected to rise to 843 million by 2050. It is the single leading cause of disability globally, driving billions of dollars in healthcare costs and lost productivity every year.

843M
Projected cases by 2050 — a 36% increase
Research consistently shows that multimodal programs combining movement therapy, education, and behavioral support outperform passive treatments like medication alone. Our program is built on that evidence, incorporating the latest findings from peer-reviewed literature on spinal health and workplace ergonomics.
Our Methodology
The program rests on four interconnected pillars, each reinforcing the others to produce lasting results.
Movement Therapy
Guided exercises drawn from physical therapy best practices. Sessions progress from gentle stretching and core activation to functional strength movements that protect the spine during everyday activities.
Ergonomic Education
Participants learn how to set up their workstations, vehicles, and home environments to minimize spinal load. Each week includes a practical assignment—like adjusting monitor height or swapping to a supportive chair cushion.
Habit Building
Behavioral science techniques—micro-commitments, cue-based reminders, and progress tracking—help participants turn short-term exercises into lifelong habits.
Peer Support
Small-group cohorts of 8–12 participants meet weekly to share wins, troubleshoot setbacks, and build a supportive community that extends well beyond the program itself.
Enroll in the Next Cohort
New cohorts begin every quarter. Enrollment is free for individuals who qualify through our community access program, and sliding-scale fees are available for all others.
